A group of lecturers and researchers from the Institut Teknologi Bandung (ITB) Pharmacy School have a collaborative program with Sumobito 1 Public Junior High School, Jombang District in preventing stunting.

Stunting is a condition of failure to thrive in children under five (infants under five years old) resulting from chronic malnutrition so that children are too short (dwarf) for their age. The stunting condition only appears after the baby is 2 years old (TNP2K, 2017).

At this stage, young women will be given explanations from sources regarding stunting and given a pocket book to follow up on the educational process. Before and after education, young women will be given a pre-test and post-test to assess changes in knowledge.

They hope that the Program to Improve the Role and Quality of Pregnant Women, Breastfeeding Mothers and Young Women in Stunting Prevention will run smoothly and achieve its goal of reducing the incidence of stunting in Jombang District.

We designed the overall book, from layouting, color palette and illustration concepts.
